Old place, pretty well maintained, very friendly owners, decent breakfast, private parking space

Wonderful hotel. Very big room. Comfortable beds. Clean and cozy. Beautiful and historic room for breakfast. Delicious food. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. Pretty good location. Several minutes walk from church. We would recommend.

A very good hotel! It's located on the hill over the city, but the stairs about 100 meters from the front door will bring you down to the Chain bridge and then to the center in no time. So if you're ok with the stairs, the location is very convenient to explore Kutaisi.
The rooms look exactly like on the pictures. The beds are quite comfy. The soundproofing is also OK, we rarely heard the other guests, and the street outside is small and quiet.
The breakfast is a buffet. The variety is not huge, but it's also not small, either, and you can find something to eat. The quality of the food is also good.
The staff is very nice and welcoming.
The view from the balconies and from the terrace is beautiful.
I definitely recommend this hotel for a comfy stay, good location, good breakfast and excellent value for money.
I can only mention that the wi-fi was not always reliable, it was disrupting from time to time in different parts of the hotel.
Also, I was missing a mirror in the room for 4, there was only one in the bathroom. It would be great to have one in the room as well.
Everything else was OK.
