It is very well located. It was walking distance to our tour pick up and drop off. Walk distance to many restaurants as well.
They didn’t have parking or any partnership with places to park. Person at reception didn’t care about helping to direct where in the best place to park neither wanted to help about how to pay for public parking. They had high pillows, which wasn’t good for me.

Clean and very central. Lovely management who upgraded our room as it was my birthday. Very comfy bed.
Terrible breakfast! The hot dishes were luke warm to cold. Who even wants cold french fries for breakfast????? Come on Grand Opera lots of reviews about the awful breakfast and you say you will inform the catering team but clearly they are ignoring you!!! Cheap yogurt, shrivelled up vegetables, frozen butter, no healthy granola, nuts or seeds. The bread was good however and thanks for providing rice cakes for those that can’t eat wheat. Shame as the breakfast really lets the hotel down.

The hotel is in the very centre of the town. Although it is on one of the main streets, it was not as noisy as I expected.
Overall the room is good and clean. I liked the table that is comfortable if you need to spend some hours working.
The breakfast is quite basic, could be better.
If talking about the room, I would suggest making bedside table lamps brighter or add another light for the evening time because there is only a ceiling light and the lamps near the bead that almost don’t produce any light.

The bathroom was moldy 😨 and had VERY unpleasant smell.
Also air conditioner was loud, and given you can crack the window open we had to sleep with this loud AC on.
