The location is excellent, first and foremost. It's right in the center, with all the sights nearby.
We had a large room. It was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was on the shady side, so it wasn't too hot.
We didn't figure out the hot water at first, but the receptionist explained how to fix it.

Position is great
I had to change the room because of the noise of the aircon plus bathrooms are quite smelly do to the sewer. It’s just dated and with a little bit of renovation has a potential!!

The location was great near the pedestrianised White Bridge & close to parks, bars & restaurants. The lady on reception was very friendly & helpful. She always had a smile. The hotel runs the Thai restaurant next door where the food including the breakfast was very good.
This is a budget hotel. Its tired & dingey. Our room looked onto a space that let no light in. I couldnt tell whether it was day or night. Furnishings were clean but old.
