Very helpful Personnel. We got many tips and they have been always there to help us. The Hotel is 15 min walk from the Calis beach. Watch out its a public beach which is not clean, with many hotels facing it. We have chosen to commute to Kedrak Beach , which was 35 - 40 min away by car , but it was worth it. There are also other multiple beaches nearby - you need to ask on reception - they will give you advise. Depends on your lifestyle. We have visited also teh Karaot beach which is a wild beach with some umbrellas. 20 min by taxi away from the hotel. Was very nice. The apartment was relatively spaceous with a small terrace which was totally ok to dry our laundry :-). The pool is nice and they take care of it. The Washing machines are outside of the apartment , but you can easily find time slot in the evening or in the morning. We had no issue with that. The hotel is in a quiet street and close to many restaurants. 10 min away from Fethiye Center by Taxi . Supermarkt is 7 min away walking. Car Rental is also nearby. People are coming mainly infamilies there.
I would expect some basic things in the kitchen: i.e. washing liquid, salt, pepper, sugar, kitchen towels. We had to buy everything and of course have left it there. If you want to explore the beaches and make a signtseeng , better to rent a car and get some flexibility.

Location was good as many cafés and restaurants as well as Calis Beach were a short walk away
There was no AC in one of the bedrooms, basic stuff like sugar, tea sachet etc was not provided as well as said and shampoos not replenished. The rooms were not properly cleaned

Burak was an excellent host. He was always available to answer questions and provided fast fixes for any issues raised.
Little bit more attention is needed for the finishings and ensure unit is setup for use (ensure gas cylinder filled, taps etc properly mounted).
