I liked the location. The house was clean.

The house had black mold in it, the master bedroom ceiling was falling apart, and the fridge kept leaking.

Our vacation home was not clean our bed lien was filthy and unsanitary. The bed lien had blood stains, pubic hair on our sheets, the tub downstairs had pubic hairs in it, our dishes were not cleaned properly, the carpet was dirty, our pool was not cleaned properly the outside lights didn’t work. This was by far the nastiest unsanitary vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. We tried numerous attempts to speak with a property manager or supervisor but no one reached out. We took pictures of the unsanitary conditions of our vacation home and sent them to the property and was only offered $116 and a late checkout which is very appalling. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and I will be contacting my attorney concerning all the unsanitary conditions of our vacation home. We have not been contacted by anyone at the property about what we complained about and I will not let this go I’m taking this matter and reporting it because this vacation home was very unsanitary and Covid is very well still out there and plus we had kids with us an 8 yr old 11 year old and a newborn 3 month old. We had to go to Walmart to purchase disinfectant and detergent to wax all the bed lien and disinfect the whole vacation home which should have been cleaned properly before we checked in. They will not get away with this. i have read reviews and a lot of people that stayed here at Casiola Homes did not get receive a refund but we will take this matter to court if we have to!!!
