Everything was extremely clean, the host was so kind and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. Scooter rental was easy and we could go to the port in 10 minutes.
The only thing to note is that there is no hot water, just room temperature (not cold). I didn’t mind because I was hot from the day anyway.

La struttura era in una posizione silenziosa e in zona residenziale. Non molto vicina al centro o al porto, ma con scooter o gran in pochi minuti si poteva arrivare ovunque. Cristian è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo per ogni richiesta fatta, ci ha trovato un’altra sistemazione in tempo zero per il giorno successivo visto che ci avevano cancellato un volo. E si è occupato di trasporta l’eco tra le 2 strutture offrendoci comunque la colazione gratis. Splendido!

Cristian, the owner, was always available and helpful. We were picked up at the airport by him for 75k. We rented a scooter for a multiple day roadtrip, they had no problem about that and Cristian also helped us choosing the more suitable scooter (Honda Vario 100k/day). They also let us leave a backpack at the guesthouse for those days.
We loved the breakfast also!
Biggest problem was a really bad smell in the room, especially in the bathroom. We have understood that is quite a common problem in Labuan. No window in the bathroom to help. No hot water.
The room was okay but the bed a bit uncomfortable and very noisy when you move.

Nous avons passé 1 nuit en couple. Excellent accueil de Christian et sa famille. Il est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport et s’est chargé de notre transfert aller et retour pour aller diner. Sa maison est au calme, la chambre était spacieuse. Petit déjeuner excellent.
Pas d’eau chaude.
