Visited Auburn for a Saturday swim meet with friends that we extended into a quick weekend getaway from Atlanta. Location is centrally located adjacent to campus (15 minute walk to the aquatic center) and all of the fun downtown Auburn restaurants and bars make for a fun weekend. The apartment is very comfortable and set up well for 2 couples or a family to have their own private space and with a great open living/kitchen entertaining area to hang out. Shared outdoor balcony overlooking Samford with a direct view to Toomer's Corner and proximity to campus make this location hard to beat for any event in Auburn. Parked the car on Friday and didn't get in it again until we left. Would definitely rent this place again.

We came to Auburn for our son’s wedding. The condo was a perfect place to stay. It was convenient to everything- we walked everywhere. We loved that the living area was very open and the kitchen was well equipped for a little cooking. The place was very clean as well. The outside was nice but it was a little dark in the stairwell. But when I contacted the agent, she did the best she could to rectify the issue by having maintenance check the lighting. We will definitely book again.

Location is great. Loved the property. Property Description very accurate and transparent. In a busy area above the bars, which the owner completely discloses. Tremendous spot for Auburn games. Would absolutely return.

The actual property was very good. right across from Samford park. It was roomy, clean and well maintained, the few small issues I noticed were easy to communicate to the owner with quick response. The only downside - and it is a big one if you want to sleep at night - is the bar next door. They leave patio doors open and play loud music until wee hours of the morning. They must be closed on Mondays as it was quiet then, and they quit about 11 pm on Tuesday, but Wednesday it was way past midnight before they shut the "music" off. If late noise does not bother you it is a perfect property to choose!

it was perfect and larger than expected. It was a little tough finding it because there was a sign to go up the next set of stairs for rentals, but it wasn't there. once we found it it was great! Yes, it was loud but no surprise. The noise machine and earplugs were the ticket!

Location is second to none! We love this spot for football games and enjoying downtown Auburn. It’s set up for entertaining - perfect tailgate spot without having to haul anything anywhere!

The property is excellent, lots of room, and very, very clean. The problem is the outside and the stairs are filthy. We had trash on the steps for the four days we stay there.

This is a beautiful condo located in a great location if you are visiting Auburn’s campus. The interior brick walls, art, and overall feel was very restoration hardware chic. Communication with the property manager was easy and timely. There are bars surrounding the condo but noise was not a problem for us. We used the sound machine that was available in the bedroom. Highly Recommend this condo!!

My stay at this property was excellent! The property is exceptionally clean and spacious. Food and shopping was in walking distance. I felt right at home. There was a moment I felt that I needed to contact the property manager but could not locate any contact information; however, I was contacted directly after my stay and I was extremely appreciative! It was a personal overwhelming experience to have the property manager personally contact me. I will be forever grateful for the understanding and support received. I will definitely be staying here again!

Well-appointed , well-maintained unit that is even better in person. Location is the best. The sound machines did compensate well for the bar noise we were well-informed about. Our host was so gracious and easy to reach. Comfortable beds. Clean towels and close proximity to everything. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Auburn.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great location. We could walk to everything. It was right between 2 clubs so it was a party till around 1-3 am depending on the night. But we were aware of this beforehand. I would recommend this property to anyone that is young or young at heart.

Great location and unit. Was prepared for surrounding night club noise and had no issues with that. Only issue was with TVs and cable not working as should. Comms with owner were good, but issues not resolved before departure. Had to watch Auburn basketball lose on my phone :-(.

Location was fantastic! Bar noise does exist late in the evening/night but not so much that it affected our ability to sleep (even our 6 yr old). Overall a wonderful stay. Only issues we had were on technology things - Wi-Fi details was supposedly on router, but that didn't work so we luckily found a Wi-Fi signal that matched details in the provided book. Never could get either tv to actually work, but weren't there long enough for that to be a real concern either. One other thing - beds were super comfy and the bed linens (particularly the quilt type thing on the King bed) were fantastic! Lovely stay and would happily visit again.

My family was in town for a swim meet and could not be more happy with the location and the property itself. We are repeat renters from Amanda. Her places have always been clean, beds have always been comfortable, supplies have always been adequate, and the decorations always fun :-) This unit has been our favorite thus far. Yes, you hear a little thump thud of the music from the bars beneath, but it is not enough to interfere with sleep! Noise makers almost completely drown it out. The balcony space is a fun and valuable bonus! We look forward to returning to this property again!!

This location is perfect, with a great view of Toomer’s and downtown from the balcony. The decor, amenities and beds are top notch. The owner was great to work with and very clear communicator. We will be back!
