The food was great.
The server seems very serious so it doesn't feel very welcoming in the restaurant. But other than that it's all good.
The receptionist outside is exceptional. So that makes up for it.
Our room only had cold water to shower. But Ive been there before and the water was hot. So I think they had a little issue this time. But I'm sure it will be fixed next tien. We will go back again cuz the beds are perfect and the service is excellent.

The location was perfect for my stay. My children loved the free popcorn. Most of the staff were friendly and ready to assist. I had to stay an additional night and It was easy to book an additional night.
Everything was good until my last night February 15 2026.. The person that worked the lobby at the night was not friendly and gave us issues while entering the hotel at night. I told him I had been staying there for 3 nights now and had not encountered any issues until then.

The hotel os clean, the staff nice and room confortable. The big disappointment was the swimming pool.
Clean water at the swimming pool and embellish its surroundings.
