Eine superschöne Villa mit Sonnendeck. Nicht weit vom Strand und von der belebten Flaniermeile mit Restaurants und Bars entfernt.
Im abgegrenzten Innenhof können 2 mittlere Fahrzeuge sicher abgestellt werden. Eine kleine Terrasse mit einem kleinen Rasen laden zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt 2 Außensteckdosen um z.B. einen kleinen Elektrogrill anzuschließen. Eine Außendusche bietet eine erste Erfrischung, wenn man vom Strand zurück kommt. So kann man den Sand abduschen, bevor man ins Haus geht. Der Wohnbereich ist behaglich und dank Klimaanlage angenehm. Auch die Schlafzimmer können über die Klimaanlage in der Diele gekühlt werden. Die Küche ist modern eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort, wie Spülmaschine, Moderner Herd mit Backofen, ein großer Kühlschrank mit großzügigem Gefrierfach. Auch eine Pad-Kaffeemaschine fehlt nicht. Außerdem gibt es gesondertes Trinkwasser von hoher Qualität.
Bei Fragen haben die Eigentümer immer freundlich Auskunft gegeben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Casa muy cómoda, todo muy limpio y no falta ningún detalle
La playa que hay cerca tiene mucha piedra y no es cómoda para los niños. Pero como punto bueno, a 5 min andando hay una playa estupenda de arena fina
