This home allows quick access to all of the amenities of Sea Pines while still providing privacy and serenity for a relaxing stay. You'll find a gas grill and plenty of seating for family cookouts or a perfect place to relax and unwind. Centrally located with easy access to all Sea Pines amenities, including Sea Pines beach club, Sea Pines tennis and golf courses including Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the PGA tour event, RBC Heritage of Golf. The waterfront South Beach Marina Village is only five minutes away by car. Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town, the jewel of Hilton Head Island is not much more than a bike ride away. Here you'll find interesting boutiques and restaurants, beautiful boats and live music. Newly Renovated Sea Pines Beach Club is only minutes away. Everything you need for a fun filled day in one place, food, refreshments and activities for the entire family. Please note: From March thru September, guests must take the free beach shuttle to the beach club. No parking at the beach club is allowed. A shuttle map and guide is included in your welcome folder. Parking anywhere besides the driveway is not permitted and vehicles will be fined by the community. My family and our friends had a great stay. This house slept many and we were comfortable. We greatly appreciated the extra chairs that were provided as well as the bikes! The weather was super nice and the bikes were a highlight. I will say that the one room with no windows was disappointing and although the location was accurate in the description it was far from the beach. Definitely a good bike ride to the beach. Even though I say that we would definitely stay here again!

The property is located here at quiet neighborhood. The bikes were in good condition. (Takes about seven minutes to get to the beach by bike.). Nice decor, comfortable mattresses. The back yard is a bit close to the main road and gets noisy at certain hours so we did not use the back patio. Good, fast internet and a good selection of streaming options on TV. There is a playroom in the back of the “kids’ room” that, for us, served perfectly as a private office for remote work. The property is well managed with super responsive team. Thank you for letting us stay in your place.

House was clean , perfect space for us 3 adults and one child. Location was great at Sea Pines. Having bikes right there for us for absolutely wonderful! Beach chairs were very useful too. My dog had a great time going for walks ! We had a great time !!!

The stay was ok. The home was very musty when we arrived, took a day to get that mold smell gone. The old kitchen cabinets contributed to the musty smell. There was nowhere outside that was inviting to sit outside and enjoy nature. The couch was old and disappointing. We left a day early because we just did not see a reason to stay.

We had a great stay on Hilton Head. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. The kids loved the kids room(s) and the inclusion of the pool was a happy bonus! We would certainly stay here again.

This cozy and thoughtfully furnished Lawton Woods rental was the perfect home-away-from-home for a memorable family getaway! Excellent quiet location inside Sea Pines- we rode bikes just about everywhere (Beach, Harbour Town, Lawton Stables, Sea Pines Center, etc). Although the house is not located directly on the beach, it’s a short distance. We enjoyed being able to take walks to the beach in the mornings and rode bikes in the afternoon with our beach stuff. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, the living area was too (great couch). We were also pleased to find a selection of board games and books, which were a nice touch. The kids loved hanging out in the bonus room and it gave us adults a chance to unwind a little on our own in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen was a huge plus and had everything we needed to prepare meals, from basic utensils to high-quality appliances. The owners also included beach chairs and adult bikes that we gladly used and then rented smaller ones for the kids. The management team was responsive and accommodating before, during, and after our stay. We felt well taken care of, no issues. This rental was perfect for a family vacation, it provided us with everything we needed, and is worth considering! We would definitely stay here again!

Updated, contemporary coastal furnishings, clean and well stocked with bath towels and kitchen supplies. Central location in Sea Pines, close to the Lawton Stables. Since it is an older home it is kind of rough around the edges, especially in the kitchen, but functional. The rooms are small, so having 10 can be tight (table only has 8 chairs). If you are looking for a basic beach rental, this is fine. If you are looking for upscale and luxury, I would not recommend it. Washer and dryer are small, can only hold 2 pair of adult jeans, basically, so if you anticipate doing a lot of laundry (with kids), that is something to think about. Main concern, however, if there are small children, is the utility/mechanical area right off the kitchen, which does not have a door and has paint cans stacked right next to the water heater. The air handler/furnace is also exposed, with all kinds of other things stacked right next to it. This area NEEDS to be cleaned out and a door installed (clearly there once was). It was not a childproof situation, and the paint cans next to the water heater are a huge concern. They should be out in the detached garage. There is also a loose outlet in the living area. As a pet-friendly VRBO, this place served its purpose for our temporary needs, but I would not rent it again.

First time staying in Sea Pines and we so enjoyed this home. Great location! It had all the comforts of home! The kitchen was well stocked with everything need med to cook meals! We look forward to renting I future.

1. Take flashlight for every person, walkway lighting (if you could call it lighting) is solar. Sunlight doesn’t reach the lights therefore, no walkway lights for the treacherous pathway, yes I did trip and hurt myself.
2. Not a Kurig coffee pot, take ground coffee
3. Inside pretty clean but needed to have cleaning people come and clean light fixtures so we could see.
4. Lots of mold on outside of house ( we were told it was because there had been so much rain in the past month). Management company actually had the house power washed while we were there because we complained. Wish they also cleaned the windows, they were real bad.
5. House is in a good location, bathrooms have been remodeled, new floors
6. Bikes left outside and aren’t in good condition

Lovely home close to all of the Sea Pines amenities. We’ll stocked and comfortable house that is beautifully decorated and sleeps several. Bikes and beach equipment provided and a yard for dogs.

Overall, we loved it; we were able to have family visit us from time to time during our stay. The positives, from our perspective, are too numerous to mention. If you contemplate renting, here are the caveats. I would question the claim of "sleeps 10" as a bit optimistic. The most we had at any given time was 7; I felt that pushed the capabilities of the house to the limit (5 seemed a comfortable number). The wi-fi is "sketchy" which caused the streaming TV in the main bedroom to constantly "buffer" & drop out. Understanding the washer & dryer took more time than it should have. There needs to be a placard with "quick start" instructions. The owners store a lot of stuff in the closets, which limits their space to renters (since the garage is not available to renters - which I wish it was, because our car's exterior took a beating from all the tree sap & pollen - extra stuff should be stored there). The bath/shower plumbing needs work. Whenever the bath is turned on, water comes out of the shower (not terrible, but definitely an annoyance.). Lastly, unless you know the area well (and/or have a good GPS), do not travel at night as there is very little exterior lighting within Sea Pines (the house could benefit from more external lighting, as well). Understand that these are "work-around" issues for us, as our priorities were biking, beach, Lawton Stables & Forrest Preserve, & Pickleball (we found better options than at SouthBeach tennis). It all depends on your priorities.

We did not expect to get a full refund for the rental but a little something would have been very appreciated during our difficult time. A refund of the cleaning fees since we were not there and did not use the house. A refund of the extra fee we paid for our dog. We had originally missed clicking the dog box on the rental and actually called in afterwards to have that fee added in the rental after the initial booking. Guess our honesty didn’t pay off in this case.

Limited space, bathrooms without grab bars or tub mats, no cabinet room in the kitchen for groceries, kitchen drawers crammed with utensils, no instructions on how to run dishwasher and clothes washer & dryer were the source of dissatisfaction. Also, house was hard to find amid Lawton Drive, Lawton Woods, and tucked away was Lawton Road. Good TV program packages. Needs updating.

First, the things we loved! The quiet setting & privacy, the open family & dining rooms. All the appliances are very nice & the kitchen is well stocked. The flooring is very easy for pets, cleaning, & sweeping up! The important things to know: this home comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 5-6 kids (teenager & down) ….the bunk beds , trundles, and daybed really are not big enough for adults. The home needs a deep clean. I understand that it is a summer rental, but all the bedspreads and shams need to be washed and the light fixtures need to have the cobwebs cleaned out of them. We had a couple issues with the back sliding door not locking & the lamp post in the front not working, and the trash/recycling being missed, but the property manager was very responsive & addressed everything very quickly which we were very appreciative of! We really loved HHI and Sea Pines and will definitely be back, but realized we need more space for our family. We had 2 adults, a 20, 21, and two 18 year olds and it was tight. We had a really great time though!

House was just as described. Very clean and with a lot of amenities nearby such as beach and pool access. Driveway needs some work as there is loose chunks of concrete that would pose tripping hazards. Other than that wonderful place to stay.

Also, the neighbors reported us to security for parking on the “grass,” which was all rocks and pine straw. This sort of reporting is common in Sea Pines. Overall, the extra pricing from VRBO (services fees, etc.) makes this average rental (though quite clean and nice), more expensive than it should be.

Winter Retreat
Enjoyed staying at this property for a few months to escape winter up north. Very well located in the Sea Pines area. Plenty of space and a well-supplied kitchen.

Great and beautiful property
The house is beautiful with a lot of space available. I would say this house likely could not fit 10 adults. We had 6 in our group, and we fit comfortably.
Getting in contact with Island Rentals of Hilton Head was difficult at times, but other than that everything was great!
