Spacious Kitchen/diner with well equipped kitchen for relaxed nights in!
Large west facing garden with sunny terrace and outdoor dining and relaxing areas.
All five bedrooms are roomy and have comfortable beds with luxury bedlinen. There are 4 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet.
The house is located in a quiet leafy area of south London. At the end of the road is Tooting Common with gorgeous walks, a duck-filled pond, tennis courts to book and the largest outdoor pool in UK - Tooting Bec Lido. This was fully refurbished in 2024 and is very popular on sunny days!
Balham is within walking distance across the common with a great selection of bars and restaurants.
Easy access to London via Tooting Bec Tube Station (northern line) and Streatham Station (overground).

All beds with good quality Egyptian cotton bed linen, and good quality feather pillows. All bedrooms with room darkening blinds.
Baby travel cots available on request.
Lovely large garden 60' x 40', comfortable garden armchair seating with sofa and outdoor dining for 8 adults around table with cushions and armchairs and separate additional tables and chairs. Climbing frame. Please supervise children at all times on the equipment.
My favourite aspect of our home is the light in every room. The sun rises at the front and fills the house moving around to the rear garden elevation around lunchtime. Its delightful and beautiful Victorian architectural design at its best!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 11 to stay while visiting London. It was a 5 minute walk to the bus and it dropped us off at the Tootingbeck tube station. From there it was about a 25 minute ride to central London. The townhome was clean, spacious, and a great place to relax and visit after a busy day. We walked to a grocery store to pick up a few things. About a 15 minute walk. The layout was perfect. Everyone had their own space. The backyard is so cute and we loved sitting outside. Frances was so sweet and accommodating. She let us drop off our bags earlier in the day before our check in time. We had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a family or a larger group. Thank you so much for having us Frances.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It accommodated my family of 9 perfectly for 5 days. It was just a short walk to the nearest train station where we were able to connect to other trains on the local route. Frances was very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage before check in on the day of arrival - which was very helpful. We enjoyed spending time in the family room and in the kitchen every evening. Great times and memories! Thanks again Frances!
