It was close to everything we needed and having the kitchen was perfect.

There was an unpleasant odour in the hallway and the decor wasn’t clean or appealing.

I like the fact that there is a kitchenette and laundry.

For couples it is terrible

Nothing to be like in this hotel.

We checked in and found a bed bug, then they gave us another room. In the afternoon we found bugs in the washroom.also the mattress was too bad. I have back pain because of it.

It was a place to get some rest.

Easy to find, staff was pleasant.

Got up to go to the bathroom and saw a small bug scurry away with the light coming on. Intermittent Pounding on the floor above me when trying to get to sleep.

Great location, clean, friendly and growing

Very friendly, courteous and attentive staff. Great location and you can see they are putting a lot of work into the establishment. There were some quirks with our bathroom sink but, they're renovating so it's to be expected. It's nice to see that they want to make improvements. Too often hotels just want your money.

It's not even something I don't like but, I didn't know there was a $200 room deposit. Just caught me off guard and figured others should know ahead of time.

Not worth your money, even if it's listed as cheap

The only caveat is the prime location of the property.

The room door was stuck, it sounded like an explosion while opening and closing. The COFFEE MAKER WAS FILTHY AND DISGUSTING. Old and crusty floors and roof panels. The washroom was okayish but still was outdated. The HAIR DRYER WON'T WORK. The INDUCTION STOVE WON'T WORK. The main door is literally filled with lot's of huge panel gap and literally anyone can peep inside just by looking at the door. Not even a single item in the fridge. I paid in full and yet they asked for a deposit plus $20 for 30 minutes early check-in. In total they took an additional amount of $7 which they didn't provide any explanation for. The guy whom we enquired about early check-in said it was fine but when we showed up said that we need to pay to enter.

Likes the conscience of having a vending/ laundry area

Room had garbage, blow dryer didn’t work, room didn’t have a warm blanket and looked not maintained well. Table unstable, drawers unstable. They ask for deposits, but don’t maintain the room to a decent manner. Customers are paying for a night, room should be cleaned and up to date.

Horrible.Worst hotel I have stayed and worst customer service from both the hotel and bookng.com

I liked that there was another hotel across the street and I could leave and find a better place

The room was full of bugs and extremely unhygenic. The beds were horrible, they were on wheels, the comforter is like a blow up mattress. I left within 10 minutes of being there and asked to at least change rooms and they did not have any rooms available. I have not yet received a refund for my room. Once I receive it, I could at least comment on the customer service. If I would have stayed, I would have been forced to sleep in a disgusting room because they could not put me in another room since they were all booked.. I had to pay an additional $300-$400 to book at Quality inn.

Mix of good and bad experience

Close to public transport, main highway access . Food and groceries on walking distance

Little old construction and if your room on ground floor then walking noise from upstairs will kill you specially in night .

Perfect location, perfect stay, great service and staff but no complimentary breakfast

The location is perfect. Also the receptionist was very helpful to accomodate our luggage after the checkout for our safety. The cleanliness of the room was good. Everything was perfect for temporary stays.

Only one disadvantage was the hotel doesn't provide breakfast or tea coffee or any food for that matter...you need to go to next door to a timshorton or Wendy's for your morning coffee and snack. I felt the amount we paid for the stay atleast deserves a quick breakfast provided within the hotel. But no complaints the Tim's was literally next door. Overall a great stay and if one wants a budget friendly convenient location, this hotel serves all your needs.

A little rough around the edges . Needs some TLC. Holes in walls not being filled and finished. Doors in rough shape . No carpeting on floors .
