Location, staff, bed, balcony, cleanliness.
If you prefer peace and quite this might be a bit tough as the apartment is located in a busy area and lots of traffic and crowd but for people enjoying the city center like I did, this is great.

Location, size, also that small room is divided by door. Also staff was great.
Boiler. We ran out of warm water fast. Also there were some small holes in the bathroom floor.

Amazing staff! The friendly and helpful reception went above and beyond to suit our needs and wants. Will definitely be coming back. Can only recommend! Cudos to the friendly man at the reception (dont have the name on me right now), definitely deserves a raise! ;)

Staff! Especially two young people Marko and Natasha. They are real treasure of the hotel: so helpful, attentive to a guest, positive, warm! Room was spacious. And... that's all.
1. TERRIBLY NOISY LOCATION!!! If they offer you a room with windows facing to Beogradska street don't expect even one quiet minute through the night! Every night and even earliest morning a lot of cars biping, heavy old trams, people shouting on the street etc... Thought inside the hotel once it was also noisy even at 3 am as some guests speaking local language didn't care about the neighbours. Pity! It was impossible to have healthy sleeping and real rest in this hotel unfortunately.
2. No bottled water in the room. After arrival from the airport being thirsty you have to go to find a shop to buy water instead of having rest after long journey.
3. No fridge or cold mini-bar box.
