Love the decor and feel of this hotel - a firm favourite. Also like the option to have a light dinner in your room if you have had a big lunch. Just pop out and get some things at a deli close by. Each room is different and feels personalised - hate generic hotels they have no soul
Needs a bit of minor maintenance - low season so assume they will do it out before summer.

Clean and modern hotel, lovely room and Emily was excellent. Breakfast was lovely and a short walk to the V&A waterfront
The property was difficult to access after 7pm and there was no food / drink options offered after 3pm

The location is reasonably good although the site is next to a bridge and doesn’t offer any form of view.
The room was pretty clean although the amenity bottles (soap and shampoo) were reused and ropey.
The walls or ceilings are paper thin and you can literally hear every sound from your neighbours. Thankfully I had earplugs.
The beds are soft and flattened. Well past their expiry date. Don’t offer good sleep at all.
When I complained to the staff they were indifferent and unfazed
