The staff were incredible…actually spoiled us! The property and facilities were awesome! The villas were fantastic!
Weather although the seaplanes were still flying despite the weather. Actually, our first couple days the weather was great and even if the weather started off bad, the weather improved as the day went on.

The hotel is clean, staff arranged flight to the island very well, even our flight has been changed 2 times and arrival time changed.
The food in the restaurant has difference, which is good.
Staff in the restaurants are careless, we needed to ask couple of times about to clean the table, which is should be as basic. All the supplies are on minimal level. Even hair dryer was barely working, the iron board and the iron by itself are so old and broken.
Bathroom doesn't have connection to electricity for comfortable use of hair dryer. It is not comfortable to use dryer without mirror beside.
It was constantly a lot of noise from the AC system, we asked staff to fix it,but in 4 days nothing changed.
The food is middle level, the dishes are just fine but nothing special, no special tastes, even simple meals which could be done better, have just simple flavors.
Maybe chef can do better.
