Lage, Freundlichkeit Personal, Pool mit Funktionsabzügen
Küchengeräte nicht ausreichend, zb. Keine Topf groß genug für Spaghetti, Dusche ständig übergelaufen wenn Wasser zu lange lief, Appartements nicht Rollstuhlgerecht, Kosten für eine Waschmaschinenladung ausgeschildert 5€ in Echt 6€, Wasser im Jacuzzi hat gestunken, daher nicht benutzt, Pool nicht voll funktionsfähig (Knöpfe zum Sprudel einschalten taten nicht). Parkplätze 15€ pro Tag, aber wenn deiner Weg ist ist er Weg, auf Hoteleigenenparkplatz wurden uns Kratzer in den Wagen gemacht, Hotel kann selbst nicht nachvollziehen wie lange du geparkt hast, Man muss angeben wie lange man geparkt hat.

Uns hat das Apartment sehr gut gefallen - sehr stylisch und großzügig gestaltet! Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und die vielen Lokale in der Umgebung haben uns auch sehr gefallen! Kaffee im Hotel war sehr gut!
Das Restaurant war leider nicht gut.. Lange auf Getränke gewartet, Pizza nicht "italienwürdig"! Die Kellner waren aber sehr nett und bemüht! Die Ausstattung in der Küche im Apartment ist eher dürftig - kein Flaschenöffner oder Geschirrtuch...

Die Lage und die Ausstattung sind hervorragend
Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes der Whirlpool nicht mit Wasser gefüllt. (wurde mitgeteilt)
Leider hat die Klimaanlage in einen Zimmer nicht funktioniert. (wurde mitgeteilt) Im Außenpool für die Schwimmer war leider keine Einstiegshilfe montiert.

Apartmanban voltunk, reggeliről mi gondoskodtunk.
A Booking arról tájékoztatott hogy 15 Euró egy db napernyő, ezzel szemben 25 Eurót számoltak fel.
A végszámlán szerepel "extra" 120 Euró, mely nem tudjuk mit takar, + a parkolási díj és + a napernyő .
Ez nem korrekt, hogy csak "extra"-ként írják a számlán és nem tudjuk hogy mi az.
