Everything was perfect. I like the combination of having breakfast served byt Aparthotel, but still has a possibility to make own food in apartment. Hotel was pet friendly but stil clean. Location is great. Close to the beach - having beach beds and sun umbrella part of the deal (beach was also very nice and clean - great for kids). Also parking was in locked area 1 min by walk from hotel. Bonus on top - we could use hotel bycicles for free for cruising around Caorle. We will definitelly come back next year and I can only recomend Gioia to everyone. Every time I met anyone from hotel staff I received beautiful smile and lovely italian Ciao. We travelled with kids and litlo dog and everyone enjoyed the stay here.

Sauberes Aparthotel mit sehr netten Besitzern. Der Parkplatz befindet sich gleich gegenüber und ist so wie die 2 Liegen und 1 Schirm im Preis inbegriffen. Der Strand ist 2 Minuten das historische Zentrum von Caorle ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit hotel!
We konden al vroeg inchecken en gelijk gebruikmaken van onze kamer, die brandschoon en hygiënisch was. Ook de keuken en apparaten waren piekfijn in orde. Het ontbijt was goed.
De locatie is ideaal: het strand en het centrum zijn prima te voet bereikbaar. Fijn dat onze ligstoelen en paraplu vooraf waren gereserveerd(Geen extra kosten). Daarnaast was er een eigen parkeerplaats, wat erg handig was.(Geen extra kosten)
Wat het verblijf echt bijzonder maakte, waren de eigenaren en het personeel: ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Echt een aanrader!
Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!
Het ontbijt smaakte prima, alleen de variatie viel ons iets tegen.

Finom és változatos reggeli. Közel van a parthoz. A napernyő/napágy és a parkolóhely benne van a foglalásban. Mini játszótér a gyerekeknek. Lift vezet az emeleten lévő szintekre.
Takarítás csak akkor van naponta, ha azt reggel kifejezetten jelezzük. A szemetet magunknak kellett levinnünk a konténerbe, és a szemeteszsákot nem pótolták. (Pelenkás gyerekkel ez kifejezetten jó móka) Az épület helyenként felújításra szorul, és a bútorok sem mai darabok. Az erkély akkora volt, hogy pontosan 1 db műanyag szék fért rá, és "kilátás" teljesen blokkolva volt, mivel egy fa nőtt oda, és a szomszéd hotel falára nézett az erkély. Az indulás napján a vendég köteles teljesen kitakarítani a konyhát, kipakolni a mosogatógépet és mindent visszarakni a helyére, a szemetet kivinni. Az egy heti mosogatást meg kellett volna oldanunk 1 db 30 ml-es mosogatószerrel és 1 db mosogatógép tablettával.
