The checkin and checkout process was convenient
No luggage storage; early checkout, with no convenience to extend just an hour more at no extra charge; 10am checkout is too early; hotels checkout at 12noon, even extendible up to 1pm at no extra cost

Location and amenities. It is next to Aeon supermarket and close to the exit of the subway.
By Japanese cleanliness standard, there is room for improvements. Curly bodily hairs were found in the bathtub and on the floor.
