1.地點絕佳，就在川端通裡面，離櫛田神社走路三分鐘，到櫛田神社地鐵站五分鐘，到中洲川端站走路7分鐘可到（到福岡機場四站）；松本清、大創、咖哩本舖，都是一分鐘到；商店街上有貓迷會瘋掉的小店、比百貨超市便宜的果菜店家；平價（290¥）且24小時的拉麵店。
2.不論房間大小，每個房間內都有洗衣機。

1/ Relatively easy check in process via video call
2/ just next to the middle of Kawabata shopping street and there is a family mart kombini nearby.
3/ Near to shopping areas like canal city and hakata riverian mall
4/ walkable to yatais along showa dori ave
5/ near to kushisa shrine and the train station
6/ has a bathtub to soak in after a long day of shopping and exploring
7/ has washing machine, microwave and fridge
There isn't any room cleaning even though I stayed for 5 nights, though there are spare towels at the lobby area.

地理位置其實很方便，周邊機能也算不錯，鬧中取靜！
隔音稍嫌不足，走路或者有動靜其實都加減影響睡眠品質！

Nice location.
Unmanned so if not tech savy, you will not be able to check in and out and will not be able to use the wash because there is no translation.
