Very close to reading terminal market

The location of the apartment is the best thing about it. Very close to reading market and the Jefferson station terminal, which makes it convenient. The check in process was also pretty simple, as they send a door code 24 hours prior to the stay. One thing that made it a tad inconvenient was that before sending the code, they placed a small charge to my credit card to verify it so they could process the deposit. I received a message via Booking to reply to them with the exact amount of the small charge. This was a tad annoying, since they had already charged my card for the full amount of the booking and had received payment, so not sure why they had to do this extra step to make sure a temporary deposit would process. Because I was travelling and did not have my computer, I had to call my credit card company to get the exact amount they charged and send this information to the property before they would release the entry code. They offer 24/7 message service via booking.com and they were quick to reply on ALL of my concerns throughout the 2 day stay, so I was at least appreciative that there was someone who replied quickly to my questions, even during the later hours.

We were mistakenly assigned Apartment E instead of our booked Apartment D, which lacked the requested balconies. Despite quick communication from customer service, the company failed to resolve the room discrepancy or follow up, even though we provided proof of the reservation indicating our booked apartment was apartment D. Additionally, the unit was not ready at the 4 PM check-in time...we were asked to wait in the hall while the cleaning was completed, and while the apartment's layout was acceptable, it showed visible wear and tear. One thing to note is that the bathroom is located upstairs in the main bedroom loft. Since the apartment sleeps 4 (has pullout couch) this can be an issue since your travel companions have to enter the bedroom to use the bathroom. Our reservation clearly indicated we booked for 3 people. However, we only received 2 towels and 2 sets of the mini body wash/shampoo. We had to send in a request for an additional set of towels/body wash, which they provided the following day. The biggest complaint I have is when it came time to go to sleep. When I pulled back the comforter to lay down, the bed sheet was visibly soiled with what appeared to be either very red makeup or blood stains and it had hair on it. I immediately contacted customer service and provided pictures of the sheets. They offered to have them replaced the next day, which they did, but for the price I am paying to stay here (roughly $230/night) this is unacceptable. I feel as though they did not look at our reservation at all, considering we were placed in the wrong unit and only received towels/body wash for 2 instead of the 3 on the reservation, requiring us to have to make repeated requests from the customer service group. In addition, their cleaning needs to be improved greatly, considering there were soiled/stained sheets placed on the bed that was supposed to have been ready for a new reservation.

Location was great to the Convention Center. It is on the road, but the traffic wasn't heavy at night, with minimal disturbance.

The traffic light just opposite to the building was a little bit disturbing at night, even when all the lights in the unit is off. The coffee machine had no filter, so I couldn't take the coffee provided.
