Had a miscommunication about the heating (someone had switched it off, and it was freezing on arrival), but this was soon rectified by management. Lovely hotel away from the crowds. Short walk from Hinterzarten Train Station (very scenic). Very clean, and the bed was comfortable.
It was a little bit dated, but everything worked as it should.

Good location, close to Titisee lake. Staff are very friendly
Bed were very uncomfortable, breakfast did not have many options and there was not really enough for the amount of guests
