Fácil comunicação com o host. Disponivel e responsivo. Excelente localização, a 3min a pé da Acropole. boas areas, ar condicionado na sala e quarto e cama confortável
Nas duas noites que passámos, encontrámos 3 baratas. Não ajuda.ter canos abertos no wc. Sugiro repararem a grelha de proteção do chão e taparem os canos abertos

Perfect location and quite spacious apartment and shower
Terrible creaking bed that makes you wake up as you turn, ground floor so not much natural light, limited provision of shower gel even if you stay longer ( and not solved after being asked)

Position: very close to Acropolis, separated bedroom, working space in the living room, good internet speed
Generally I like it...
Just some small details could make my staying even more comfortable, since I stayed 9 days, not only 3-4.. Things that I was used to find in the other apartments with similar price I stayed in Koukaki the past 6 years, whenever I came for teaching:
- a dustpan (it was a sweep, but without dustpan to collect dirts), liquid soap in the kitchen and bathroom instead of the small solid soaps (hotel type), a dezinfectant liquid to wash the toilet, spare plastic bags for bathroom bin, some tea/milk jugs, not only coffee cups, a kitchen towel (not only paper towels), a good knife and some other necessary small tools in the kitchen (something to filter a tea infusion etc)
For someone who comes to Athens to work and needs to prepare the breakfast etc inside, not only to go out to eat, these details are of daily importance
But for a turist who doesn't , it could be just perfect.
Anyway, I enjoyed this location and I will definitely choose it some other time again.

L'appartamento è grande, sicuramente è molto ben ubicato, lavatrice e balcone dove stendere utili...
L'appartamento ha bisogno di un po di cura, si nota poco interesse per l'immobile ed ho parlato solamente con una persona e sinceramente non mi ha dato voglia di ricontattargli per dirgli che internet non ha mai funzionato... io ho un appartamento in affitto tramite booking e so quello che dico, basterebbe un poco più d'interesse, ma siccome appartiene ad una società, interesa solo il fatturato
