A fantastic location for this charming dinky apartment, right in the centre of the city. The roof terrace is particularly lovely and has great views! The flat was very clean and pretty well equipped. Ideal for a couple or small family (beware if you're very tall, ceilings are low!)
Inevitably there's a bit of noise from the street on a Saturday night. There are a few things missing from the kitchen (oven gloves, cheese grater, bread knife). The sofabed in the living room is ready to use but is only really comfortable for 1 person, not 2.

The apartment was very big, and the rooftop terrace was an amazing feature to have access to. We also made use of the washing machine and loved how central the location of the apartment was to the rest of Aix-en-Provence.
The bathroom was poorly ventilated with a low ceiling and some peeling paint, but this can be looked past in my opinion. The apartment is at the top of a long spiral staircase, which was not a problem for me or any of my friends, but may be an issue for those with mobility issues.

l'emplacement
pourritute autour du vélux et dans la salle de bains à cause de l'humidité.
Zéro isolation, on entend tout chez le voisin. Et dans la rue.
