About this apartment rental
The beautiful apartment “Casa Relax” is nestled within wonderful Mediterranean greenery in Porto San Paolo and boasts a beautiful view of the mountains and the distant sea on the horizon. The spacious apartment is located in a semi-detached house, which is made up of 4 apartments. Three of which are holiday rentals and one, in which the homeowner lives. Furthermore, the first-floor property consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. There is also a shared garden as well as a shared outdoor shower available for your use. The main entrance of the house is also shared with other residents of the building. The apartment, however, also offers its own small, private garden with a barbecue. Here you can treat the family to a delicious barbecued meal and eat it outside in the fresh air. Please note that the private gardens have a transparent fence, so complete privacy from the guests of the other apartments cannot be guaranteed. Enjoy some morning tranquility outside on your private balcony while you admire the beautiful surroundings. In the evening, end the day with a glass of full-bodied wine on one of the 2 spacious terraces. A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are approximately 10 minutes away by car in the centre of Porto San Paolo. The nearest supermarket is also just a 6-minute drive from the property (3.3 km). The stunning beach Spiaggia Pizzichina Corallina awaits your visit just a 7-minute drive away (3.7 km). Here you can sunbathe on the soft golden sand, swim in the crystal clear water and admire the breathtaking surroundings.
