About this villa rental
Nestled in the peaceful northern landscape of Lanzarote, not far from the beaches of Caleta de Famara, the country estate “Finca Remedios” sits on a fenced property of 3000 m² and boasts a large, tropical garden and its own wine cellar. Built using materials of the best quality, with beautiful marble, stone and wood, the 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 4 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television, and a washing machine. Furthermore, the property is especially family-friendly as it offers a baby cot, a highchair and children’s toys. In the generous outdoor area of the property, you will find a sprawling garden with volcanic stones, palm trees, cacti and regional plants where you can stroll in the mild evenings. Stop by the natural waterfall, wonder at the lovely view of the surrounding mountains and relax on your veranda, furnished with lounge areas. Cook up a delicious meal on the barbecue with your loved ones. A local restaurant is just 240 m away while a larger selection of restaurants, shops, bars and cafes are located in Teguise, about 5 km or a 5-minute drive from the property. Those seeking a dreamlike beach should drive about 18 minutes (or 18 km) to Playa Famara, where you can spend a long afternoon tanning on the golden sand.

Pros: A large property with lots of outdoor seating allowing you to be in the sun or shade, whichever you preferred, at any time of day. A garage to keep the hire car out of the sun was a great bonus. The villa was clean, smart and very spacious with everything we needed.

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this house to families or groups that love to enjoy life in nature. Everything is near enough to make the vacation nice and easy :-)

Great stay at Finca Remedios. The villa is very large and located centrally in a less touristy part of the island. Check in and communication was very smooth - would definitely want to stay here again
