Location was great and Staff was super friendly!

The train at 5 am. No sure if you can get used to.
Air con was not working on the first flat. We were moved and still not working in all of the rooms.
Minimal amount of dishes/ pots. It was a 3 bedroom flat and we had only 3 cups/ 4 glasses.
The flat needs maintenance and deep cleaning - specifically in the toilets.

It was very close to the clinic where my husband had surgery I was able to walk. The view was great the lobby, artistic and welcoming The staff was professional and friendly.
The room smelled of old cigarette smoke, not fresh, but like a building that had been smoked in it one time and tried to be remodeled. The nearby train was the biggest issue. I think that train schedule was probably every two hours and the horn was sounded often.
