The location, grounds and concierge were wonderful.
Our room, 531, had a terrible sour odor (not coming from the bathroom) and there was a glade plugin that made the room smell even stronger.

The kindness of the staff.
* The bed and pillows.
* The shower curtain went only half-way by design down so the bathroom ended up all wet.
* The swimming pool was being remodeled without previous notice.
