The rooms and location were excellent.
You have a kitchen but there were no kitchenware/utensils. I asked three times at the reception but never received it. Normally in a hotel you have a coffee machine in the room. This was also missing. I only receive a bottle of water with 2 glasses.

The service and location. This place had everything needed to make a weekend getaway. I truly believe this is the best kept gem in the city.
I think this is an experienced travelers dream hotel, space and quiet. to completely unwind and relax, so it is not that it was bad. I just think you need to know hotels to appreciate this one.

The price we got on booking.com. Honestly, if we had paid full price I would have been very upset for the value vs what we got.
When we arrived, there was only one person working. He was friendly enough, but a little disengaged. He saw us go out to dinner around 8. At 8:15 there was an a huge rainstorm. When we came back, the front door was locked and we had to wait 5 minutes for him to arrive - out of uniform and yawning. The quality of service didn't match what they try to advertise. As well, while the room was nice enough, it was very dark and didn't have a hairdryer, an iron, or enough hangers. Everything was just a little off.
