Location, convience
Didn’t look as upmarket as the photos. You need a swipe pass for the lift and then a physical key for the hotel room. If you want you room key you need to leave it with reception in the morning.

This is a beautifully designed boutique hotel in a great neighborhood full of restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. It has not one but two restaurants on the first floor and a great outdoor pool, rooftop gym with terraces, etc. Can't say enough good things about it.

Location was great, the bed was comfortable and once we moved to the suite we had lots of room to put our clothes both in drawers and haning up.
The front desk staff was not friendly and gracious. We went up to our room and found it was very small and DARK! A few hangers, otherwise no place to put our clothes. I called the front desk and asked if they had a larger room. They said I needed to come down and pay the difference in cost. Not gracious.
They found us a suite which was larger and still VERY DARK!! There is glass rather than a wall between the bedroom and the bathroom so you could see the person on the toilet. Not private or nice at all.
When we asked at the desk where we could have breakfast as there is no restaurant in the hotel, they had no suggestions to offer.
We will not go back.
