This hotel is a mini apartment, with all facilities. Whether you are alone or with friends and family it is the best option for stay near to the metro( nakajima koen station) with quick access to the river front and nakajima park. if you like to make your own breakfast and sometimes dinner, wash your clothes and relax around and explore. This place is highly recommended.
Completely automated, There is no human attendant to contact on sight.

The location of the condo is very convenient. It is only a few minutes’ walk from Nakajima-Koen subway station and within walking distance of Susukino. There are several convenience stores nearby, and the airport shuttle from Susukino is also easily accessible. The room has two large, comfortable beds with nice-quality linen and towels. There is plenty of closet space.
The area with the table and two stools is very cramped, making it difficult to use comfortably. The kitchen could be better equipped. There was no convenient power outlet for the electric kettle, and basic utensils such as knives and chopsticks were missing. A kitchen towel would also have been useful. Unfortunately, there was also no flexibility regarding an early check-in.

It sounds like an hotel but it's actually an apartment, the space was also too small for 3 beds

Location need car, no parking available, pay for own parking elsewhere (it was raining). Check-in was smooth, we already filled up the form earlier online. Quiet place.
Room is very small, more suitable for 2 persons only. One queen bed only. The other two had to sleep on the floor after pushing away the chair and the table. It is different from the picture posted online. The place is not very clean, I had to vacuum the floor myself, there was hair and dust everywhere. Even the vacuum cleaner was not very clean - dust bag quite full. There is washing machine but no clothes dryer. Not worth the price paid.
