Front desk morning shift Very helpful and friendly.

Clean comfortable beds. Lovely big hot shower.
A living in lady stayed next to the outside pool area with a baby. She complained about us enjoying ourself at the pool. While her baby was keeping us up from 5am until.........with crying. Think she needs to be moved from outside enjoying area.

I liked the dimmer lights as an option in the room.
I did not like that there was no bathroom window.
The first room we booked had the shower come apart after we tried to use it. Then once moved to our new room we found that there was no bathroom window which we did not like one bit. We could not change rooms again so we were stuck with this extreme inconvenience. Needless to say the bathroom flooded after showering and using the toilet was unpleasant.
