I liked how central the property was to all the places that I needed to visit while on my trip down.
I also like how comfortable the room was set up.
I really appreciated the convenience of having my own set of keys to come and go as I needed- it definitely felt like being at home in that way 😊
The staff who received me were also super friendly, communicative, and ready to help with anything to make my stay more comfortable!
I would've appreciated having a mirror in my room for convenience of styling when getting myself ready, instead of constantly having to go to the bathroom to use the one there.
The miscommunication about my breakfast being prepared on the morning of my departure was also a little disappointing, as I paid for bed & breakfast for all the days that I was booked for.

Comfortable room with own bathroom. Area is quiet at night. Close to Waterfront and M3 and M5. Safe overnight parking behind a gate.

The place was clean and it smelled fresh, I love the fact that they had electric blankets in this winter and the stuff ohh the absolute best very friendly and understanding
The running out of water and showering with cold water….but it happened once so it’s ok 😉

The room, linen, and towel are clean and well-maintained. The location is absolutely perfect.
It is more expensive than what you get. They could consider fixing the windows so they close (I had to sleep with 3 blankets and the noise from the street was loud), fixing the pipes (when someone showers or flushes the toilet, the pipes rumble like a bus for a few minutes), cleaning daily (the bathroom got a little icky and the kitchen towels for drying smelled awful), the water heater (I only got a hot shower the first night--coming back from a long hike drenched from rain and then having to take a cold shower was not great), and fix the middle gate as you'll be stood there for a while fiddling with the key. Last thing: check-out is earlier than posted online, which is inconvenient.
