Located just at the end of Komachi street, prime location. Hotel is clean and quite.

Great location and nice clean room with simple amenities and toiletries.
Nothing that we didn't like as it served the purpose of our need but something to be aware off is that the entire check in process is automated. There is no concierge desk to speak to anyone. So if you want an early check in you have to do this 24hrs in advance by chatting to the hotel team to give them notice otherwise it's a hard deadline that you can only check in after 3pm as that is when the check-in tablet starts working. When we went to check in there was an issue with the check in tablet however the hotel had emailed us a couple of minutes before the check in with updated instructions so it was easy for us but there were a few couples behind us who were struggling to check-in with the broken tablet.

Great location, nice room.
Beware: the webpage at booking.com is misleading. It boasts "24 hour front desk, and full-day security". But as the hotel's own webpage make clear, the hotel is completely unmanned. Check-in is through a screen, with a call to a remote operator. There are dire warnings that if you lock yourself out it will be difficult to sort you out. There is no-one from whom to ask local advice.

no staff to check you in or give any information. The contact is a Call Center who I doubt knows anything about the hotel.
You can not leave your luggage before check in after 3pm. There are baggage lockers which according to the call center cost 100 yen/locker. Actually, it is 500 yen per locker. So we were scrambling for coins to put in. We have to use 6 lockers. Very inconvenient. Coming from the hotel, very few taxi are available or none at all.
