The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the hotel was gorgeous, and the location was great. Any time we spoke to the staff they were friendly and kind, and super helpful. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat
It could be handy to have a little corner of the restaurant where some self-service facilities are available after hours. Many restaurants close a little early in Kamakura so being able to heat something up and eat it on site would be good

The hotel is new and clean.
Not enough lighting in the room. Very minimal amenities given. Doesn’t even have a table/chair even though the room is spacious. No coffee/tea provided but kettle available. No TV but this was mentioned upfront so it’s fine.
