Very clean and comfortable. A short walk from centre but we didn’t mind as lovely and quiet. Very friendly staff.
The beds were a bit hard but that’s all.

Room was lovely and very clean and well presented. Complimentary water in fridge was awesome thanks . Parking was also very helpful
A little bit out the way and away from Kassiopi. Swimming pool was a good size but water and area not as clean as i would have hoped.

Friendly staff, location, large room size, such a relief that I had a separate room to kids and no one had to sleep on a sofa. Comfortable beds. I like having breakfast included. Nice reception staff. 3 pools, chess and tennis, all good. Nearby supermarket, great places to go nearby. Michel Angelo is nice and easy with kids!
Breakfast lacked inspiration and they kind of treated you like school kids. Like they won't bring more eggs/fruit/bread until old are all gone so all eggs overcooked, bread slightly stale and poor fruit left if you are not first to arrive. Which is a shame for the price. I do like having breakfast included, but I don't want to have to be first to eat well.

The aircon was amazing
We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 single! On arrival we were told that they didn’t have any rooms with single beds, they were all doubles. The first room they showed us was awful, smelt fusty when the door opened, the bed settee was at an angle, looked broke, the purple wardrobe all 3 doors were hanging off. It wasn’t what I expected for a 4 star! They then told us they had found one apartment where they could split the beds so we went to the furthest apartment up some metal stairs which looked like the staff quarter, this was better but didn’t look fully cleaned! We opted for this one where we could separate beds! It had a better balcony view, and better bedrooms. It was however rather dusty under beds and the balcony wasn’t cleaned properly! We went to the pool bar twice and were told they weren’t doing food as the chefs were busy preparing lunch for all inclusive ! We spent half a day by the pool and that was enough! The hotel seemed empty for July, now I know why ! The breakfast was ok. Loved Kassiopi though !
