i was booked in ariti apts but was given balaris. ive stayed in both previously and i am quite happy in both

Overall our stay here was really good however a few things could have been better. When we arrived there was no one to meet us or even any instruction on what room we were in. We had to find it all out ourselves by talking to other guests. Also the beds are hard and quite uncomfortable. Other than that it is good.
