Lovely, very well located hotel/apartment in the beautiful town of Kassiopi. We were pleasantly surprised by our apartment as it was so spacious and comfortable; also very clean. Beds were perfect and air conditioning worked a treat. Staff at reception and at bar/snack area by the pool were helpful and friendly. Pool area was quite large with plenty of sun beds for everyone. Area was quiet, yet just a short walk away from the Main Street in the town that leads to harbour. It represented great value for money and as we loved Kassiopi so much, when we return again, we would be more than happy to stay at Philippos Hotel again.
Bathrooms are wet rooms with short shower curtain around a tray. Despite nifty angling of shower head towards the back wall, water escaped onto the floor outside tray making it quite slippy after a shower.

Location good and plenty of parking, was quiet
Listed as 2 bedroom apartment but 2nd bedroom was the lounge area. 1st bedroom guest had to cross that area to get to bathroom in the night. Lounge area had no natural light. Breakfast bar stools not fit for purpose and only 2. Kitchen equipment, glasses etc seriously lacking. Sockets in bedroom 1 behind headboard, inaccessible and bedside lights didn’t work. Bathroom cramped and tired
