Lovely apartment, in a beautiful location.
Nothing, we loved it!

The location was great. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Place was clean and presentable. We would happily book again. Fiori was a very responsive host.
We are used to having our toilet bin collected daily in previous stays in Kalami. Just once in the week was not enough. We would have been happy to empty them ourselves but no extra bags were provided and no information about when collection would take place. We bought our own bags and emptied the kitchen and toilet bins ourselves in the end. We didn’t have a sweeping brush and the floor was only swept once during our stay. A dustpan and brush at the apartment would have been good. Some of the towels were yellowing and quite old. The shower was very small and therefore leaked all over the floor and there weren’t enough mats to soak it up. A toaster would have been helpful for the children as the grill didn’t toast the bread at all. These are relatively minor things and overall we were happy with the accommodation and would be happy to use it again. Fiori was an excellent host and responded well to every query we had.

Good location, staff really willing to help.
No view from Balcony other than onto a supermarket roof. Toilet broken (leaking onto the bathroom floor) on first day, which the owner stated she knew about this. Sent someone to fix the following afternoon- impacting our time to get ready for evening. It proceeded to leak again that night. Two days after that the plumber was sent to replace toilet - great! But we couldn’t then use the toilet for a few hours, whilst getting ready as a family of four for our evening.
