Close to bus stations, stores and gouvia town. Very clean and tidy, Stavros is a really nice guy and kind host.

The apartment had everything we needed. Very clean and comfy. Our balcony was in shade late afternoon which was perfect, as the temperatures were mid 30°s.
Our host (Stavros I guess) was super friendly and even gave us a leaving gift.
Ideally located near to Gouvia Village centre, bus links and the marina.
The only downside was the noise from the main road as the building is literally 20 metres from the road. Thankfully we had an apartment facing away from the road, so our balcony was quiet.
There was however a small corridor that led to our front door which faced the road. I think if there was a secondary door at the entrance to that corridor it would really help silence the noise coming in thru the apartment door. We did get used to the noise after a few days but this would definitely help.

Very clean and well maintained with excellent air conditioning. In our case it was within walking distance of the hospital where my wife had been admitted.It was also situated by several tavernas and a marina.
Everything was good no complaints.

location was great
the entire apartment smelled of smoke and the mattress was very hard, felt almost like sleeping on a hard floor.
