Room was clean and the shared facilities were good
The room was a steady 27C throughout my stay. There was no bin in the room.

Property is ok if you just looking for a bed for the night. Was clean but nothing special.
Signage to get to the reception is nonexistent. Called the number on the site to get someone in London who had no clue either. Reception took 45 mins to book in with one person manually doing so. Then closing each time to guide people to rooms etc.
