Perfect location for exploring, great value and modern bathroom with unlimited hot water (and yes that's not common in the highlands)
The bathroom wasn't completely clean at our arrival, we could still find some remains of former inhabitants, but nothing catastrophic. The social quarters were next to our room and the other guests were very loud up until midnight.

The shared areas were very clean and the bed was comfortable.
The rooms on the ground floor are next to the kitchen and washer/dryer and unfortunately the walls do not block noise.
Although most other guests were considerate when using the shared spaces, some put on the washer/dryer at 10pm and we were unable to fall asleep because of the loud clanging of the tumble dryer.
The window could only be left fully open or closed, and as we did not want to have it open wide on the ground floor our room got quite stuffy at night.

Good location and nice room. Refrigerator was great as well as washing machine. Great to have.
Parking was a big problem until I discovered the church parking lot about a 10 minute walk away. The photo doesn’t really show it is just another house on a busy street. The help locate call was located in India.

The location was good.
Clothes dryer stopped working. Shower step down (25cm) was very dangerous. Stepping down from a slippery wet shower floor was clearly unsafe. Very limited cutlery (no forks) Very expensive for what was provided. Cleaners(3 at the same time) very intrusive while I was cooking lunch. Double locking on doors hard to open if carrying anything. Only one towel provided for a 4 night stay. No top up of coffee sachets etc. Absolutely nothing extra provided in the kitchen. Basic essentials like salt and pepper would be good.
