The room and bathroom were good sized, the beds were fairly comfortable. Furniture and utilities were clean and functional, beds were made up upon arrival and towels were provided. Shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided inside for those traveling very light. There was a kettle and some variety of tea packets with cute mugs. The wardrobe and vanity are good for longer stays or multiple guests.
Toilet in another group member's room would not flush, but they figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Guest house's main key, which we were told the code to keybox to get into the house, was missing and we were unable to enter until we called the phone number on the information paper attached to the door, and were given another code for the backup. That was helpful, so thank you to the staff member who answered my call.

It’s the second time I stay here, I really like this place
There was a misunderstanding with other guests and they took the main door key from the security box, we had to disturb other guests to get in the house ☹️

The accommodation is in a great location, within walking distance of downtown, and has its own parking lot
There were no closets or storage space in the room, and the bed was very uncomfortable; the mattress really needed to be replaced.

The location is very close to most locations that one would want to see in Inverness and for the price we paid for the room, it was well worth the little bit of complications that do come with booking this place
They request your passport details or other forms of ID before giving you access codes, there is no staff present at the property other than the cleaners. The walls are also very thin and if you get a room on the lower floor you will be able to hear people walking all the time.
