Une guest House hyper cosy!

Tout était parfait excepté qu’il était mentionné qu’il y avait un petit déjeuner inclus et après avoir réservé j’ai eu l’information que finalement il n’y avait pas de petit déjeuner…. J’étais un peu déçue car j’avais justement choisi un lieu où dormir et où je pouvais aussi prendre le petit déjeuner avant de partir. Je ne sais pas pourquoi il n’était pas possible finalement d’avoir ce service. Le reste était parfait, chambre hyper cosy, le lit ultra confortable et les échanges très chouettes. Je recommande vivement ce lieu à 5min même pas à pied des restaurants, bars

Beim nächsten Mal werde ich wieder dieses Gasthaus buchen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis ist unschlagbar in dieser Gegend.

Leider gibt es im Bad keinen Haartrockner.

"Coos House" - Fabulous Stay !!

Warmly welcomed by Andrea, who looked after us really well for the full 3 days, cooking us a superb plentiful breakfast each morning. In fact nothing was too much trouble, even giving us his private parking place. The room was large, spotlessly clean and the bed so comfortable, we slept very well. Very good ensuite with good strong hot shower and the place had good WI Fi. It was a very short walk into Inverness city centre. Would happily recommend to anyone. Will definitely return there.

Great little guesthouse with an authentic Scottish feel.

This was a lovely little guesthouse. We enjoyed its authentic feel and the location was great and easy walking distance to the centre of town.

A nice and cosy guesthouse.

The interior design was colerful and nicely designed, giving a cosy feeling to the whole structure . The owners were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. The guesthouse was only 5 minutes walking from the city center

Redelijk, maar helaas niet voor herhaling vatbaar, mede door de onprofessionele reactie vd beheerder

Kamer was schoon. Rustig gelegen ad achterzijde, dus geen last van eventueel verkeer oid. Redelijk dicht gelegen bij het centrum. Ook trein- en busstation liggen binnen redelijke loopafstand.

Het ontbijt was echt heel karig voor een hoop geld. (€ 17,22 pp) Geen vers fruit, geen tomaatje, helemaal niets. De honing was hard, opgedroogd, geen zout op tafel. Super ongezellige ruimte. Er is geen persoonlijk contact, alles gaat digitaal. Maar volgens de eigenaar zijn we dan ouderwets of zo. Als ons dat niet beviel, konden we beter een ander hotel zoeken en kregen we de rest van het betaalde geld terug. Een zeer onprofessionele reactie overigens, Het staat ook niet op de site, dus we hebben dat niet geweten. (aanrader te doen) We konden onze telefoons niet opladen, wij hadden geen speciale stekker bij ons. Wij zijn eerder in Schotland op vakantie geweest, in een B&B, en daar was dat geregeld. Toen we er naar vroegen was het antwoord; dat hebben we niet, maar dat kan je makkelijk kopen in de binnenstad. Ik zou zeggen: kan je makkelijk even vermelden op de site dat men daar rekening mee dient te houden. Dan hadden we het van thuis meegenomen.

Gute Lage

Die Lage war super, der Check In und out sehr einfach und entspannt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Die Parkplätze sind recht sparsam bemessen, es können nicht alle einen Parkplatz finden, wenn die Unterkunft voll belegt ist. Es ist recht hellhörig, wenn jemand am Zimmer vorbeiläuft hört man es im Zimmer. Das Kind aus dem Nachbarzimmer hat man auch gehört. Das Bad ist sehr, sehr klein.

Great B&B in very good location

This B&B is in a great location for walking into the city and parking onsite was very convenient. The breakfast was very good, you can choose a cooked breakfast which is ordered the night before. Our room was very clean and very comfortable.

Perhaps a rug on the floor in the bedroom would have made the room more homely.

Really good location, with great off road parking. Just a 5-10 minute walk away from the city centre.

Good location for a short stay

Room was really nicely decorated, there was a nice bay window with two chairs. Walk in shower was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Inverness town centre is a short 15 minute walk.

Parking at the property appeared to rely on luck as to when you arrived, but it seemed to work out ok for everyone.

Fantastic BnB in the heart of Inverness with private parking.

Five minute walk to Ness River. We ate at Prime Steak Seafood, which was fantastic. The bed was comfortable.The veggie breakfast was good too. Coffee was fantastic!

Definitely have more plugs for charging the phone near the bed. The octopi chargers would be good.
