The location was excellent. It was very easy to get into our accomodation and around Hiroshima. We were right next to the Peace Park and a short walk away from restaurants and shops. Would recommend!

場所がなんせ分かりづらい…
そして、お風呂入っていたら、突然の水！
よーく見るとお湯に制限有との事でしたが
注意書きはほとんど、外国人向けで英語。
日本語もあったが目に止まらないくらいの大きさ。
そこはすごく残念でした。
後、フローリングなのに、スリッパはなし。
そこらへんなども考慮して頂いてるとよかったかなと思います。

Self checkin was easy, the appartment is spacious and clean, also well equipped. Location is very good, 5m walking distance to the memorial park (about 10m walk to any rail stops).
The only thing to mention is that the shower room started to accumulate water on the floor after just 4 people showering, so that was a little annoying. But other than having to wait longer for the water to go down, nothing else to say.

Good air conditioning. Clear instructions about the apartment and things to do in the area.
Small space to remove your shoes before entering the apartment. Difficult for elderly/less abled persons to take of their shoes. Otherwise, great apartment.

The hosts were so kind to us during our stay - I had made an error on my booking regarding required bedding and they were very understanding, even though it was late notice. They also gave great recommendations for good local food places!

Bathroom and toilet were smelly and not very clean.Seemed to be so many rules and signs around which felt uninviting.

When actually found the property location was very good, close to Peace Park - but no signage outside property and could not contact any one - so spent quite a bit of time asking people who did not know where it was -

The location was excellent, very close to a konbini, bus stops, and the Hiroshima peace museum and park. The rooms were a good size and there was complimentary tea.
Wish there were disposable slippers provided but not a big deal.

Now it’s called Hana Guesthouse, and not “Sunday peace” - it was confusing to find the apartment.
There are several stairs until you get to the elevator - very inconvenient for one with large and heavy luggage.
Look like an apartment from the 50’s. Tiny toilet
Weird smell in the house. Very low sink with separate tap for hot and cold. Very unstable kitchen table and chairs. You can hear everyone who walks outside and above you. Ventilators were full of dust

Location was very good, easy access into the apartment via the lockbox pick up. Beds were comfortable. A bit outdated and slightly uncared for but clean and warm. There is a lift to get your things onto your floor.
The photographs are quite deceiving and should be updated or labelled accordingly. The space was much smaller than it appears. We booked for 8 adults thinking there was a living/seating area outside the bedrooms, which was not the case, there was only a small dining table in the kitchen, with not enough chairs to fit us all. The beds were great, but not for those who are not in a couple and having to share, it would probably be better with tatami mats.

Distance to interesting places.
Advertising this property was not accurate at all. Although the location was excellent, just walking distance to the historical site, the advert should have mentioned the fact that the bath tub would not be clean and that the images depicted were not accurate. The dining table was unstable, the chairs were uncomfortable and the bed covers were make shift duvets. The most annoying thing was the number of threats in the brochure and also on the walls. There was no positive message at all.
This accommodation needs to be half its price.

The location was a main road & there was no onsite parking however, the nearest park was a 2min walk on the street corner therefore, np. There were some stairs first before the lift but not to bad collecting key etc a breeze. Wasn't any major restaurants we could see however, a 24hr Lawsons across the road& we went downtown for meals anyway. This was a whole apartment so quite big with an open plan dining kitchen two bedrooms with two double beds & a separate lounge/tatami style therefore, you could probably get 10 people in this place at a push making it ideal for a family or group of friends. Plenty of white-ware & kitchen utensils. The only issue... bathroom/shower area was a little grubby... but mostly due to age & ventilation issues.

We liked the location and there was plenty of living space and bedrooms. Everything was supplied and easy to understand. We appreciated the signs around the apartment in English.
We didn't like that there was no air conditioning in the living area. The air conditioner from a bedroom is also used to cool the lounge and kitchen area. When the bedroom doors are closed the heat was very uncomfortable so it would help if they added an air conditioner to the lounge area. Another small point would be to upgrade the toilet paper as it was very thin.

a few things were missing when we got there. it was a bit of unconvinced because we were tired. But it was resolved quickly.

The location is great. It is only a few minute by foot to the Peace Memorial. Shopping and restaurants are around a 10 minute walk.
The room had a few issues. There were holes in the wall of one bedroom. The shower room and toilet room both had mold. The window screen in one bedroom was completely ripped open.

Incredibly close to Peace Park
Property desperately needs to be updated. Also they need to use different cleaning supplies, because there was a terrible strong smell throughout the apartment.

we went stayed here for my wife’s birthday so we could go around Hiroshima.
It was an old unloved apartment which would be fine if the photos and price reflected that. It felt like this a sub-let that has been cleaned up.
The place could be amazing but rather than use the tatami rooms like a japanese apartment and use futon, (you could get upto 6 people no problems!) its stuffed with beds- the photos do not reflect that nearly half the apartment is completely unusable unless there are 4 people/ couples staying there. And no storage. And double beds would not be required. Again the price for 4 people would have been ridiculous. If i were the hosts I would :
- get rid of all the double beds, except for 1 in the western room, and had a bed sofa for 2nd bed.
- get futons , it makes the property much more
flexible. You’ll have a full 12jo to use
If id booked the place more than 2 nights i’d either left for a hotel around the corner first morning or i’d have cleaned it properly and repaired the wear and tear.
For the price I could have gotten a no problem hotel standard room nearby , so the extra space for a child to run about and family style stay was great,- but honestly struggled in this apartment.
The bathroom was old, dirty, water-stained, and mouldy( the back of the door and door frame were literally rotting)
Shampoo and soap were provided, but ... not the greatest.
The toilet had been soaked in cheap scent. This stuck to your clothes and permeated the flat even with the toilet fan running non stop. Had to air the flat , but it barely helped.
The walls had food stains.
The access code to collect the key was wrong (post box), i had to “figure out” a way to collect the key (remove the green tape and go fishing)
The kitchen cupboards werent clean.
I had to repair one of the balcony doors
Damaged inner sliding doors that were badly fitting (removed and replaced wrong?). I was tempted to fix this myself.

Close to the peace park, easy to get around the city from the apartment.
4 double beds and utensils/crockery is already in the apartment.
Parking can be expensive, we found one slightly cheaper car park nearby, make sure you look around before you chose to park.

Located just south of Peace Park and the Peace Memorial Museum, it was convenient and easy to get to by car. It was also a short walk to the centre of town. Although there was no car park associated with the apartment, cheap parking was available around the corner. The recommended bagel shop around the corner was fantastic. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The hosts replied very quickly to the questions I asked. Given the current Covid-19 pandemic, we were happy not to stay in a regular hotel.
The wifi was good to start but slowed right down on the third day, which was a bit annoying. It came good again on the morning of the fourth day. The shower and bath area were good but could have been a bit cleaner.
