This property gets most things right! The layout of the apt is well thought through with a nice flow. The balconies are very nice and provide a nice view of the Peace Park. The location is very close to the A Bomb Museum and the Atomic Dome. There are many restaurants not far away.
There are lots of little details that are well thought through, such as the kind of slippers they supply which accommodate larger feet; Nice lighted bathroom vanity with plenty of storage space and mirrors that angle out to allow side and back views of the head; A well-positioned closet by the front door for storing shoes and a shoe horn; A great shower/bath room that has a clothes drying feature that works very well; They even put an umbrella holder on the inside of the door!
The beds are comfortable and there are lofts for the kids to sleep in.
There ought to be patio furniture on the large, empty balcony. (There's tons of room for it!)
The laundry detergent should be replaced with unscented to account for people with allergies. A few hooks for hanging toiletry bags in the bathroom would be useful.

The location of the property and the ammenities provided were fantastic. We were able to do washing which was great, especially the line on the balcony.
The beds were extremely hard. The futon bed was exceptionally uncomfortable.
