Ubicación, a 5 minutos de todo. Muchos servicios cercanos. Amabilidad de Javier ( nos dejó entrar antes ) y Natalia. Amplitud del apartamento. Parking cercano ( no en el mismo edificio ) gestionado por la propiedad , que se agradece. Muchísimos armarios para almacenaje. Limpieza excelente. Te sientes cómodo en esa casa. Buen wifi.
Imposible descargar con cierta tranquilidad las maletas en esa calle, pasa el autobús y te obliga a dar la vuelta a la manzana si estás 2m en doble fila. La parte exterior del apartamento es algo ruidosa ( al menos en agosto )dado que es un primero y hay terrazas debajo, aunque sobre las 00:30h cierran. La parte interior es oscura, también más tranquila de ruidos por otro lado. El agua caliente, cuando se usan los 2 baños a la vez, funciona regulín tirando a mal. Con todo, recomiendo el apartamento sin duda, muchas más cosas buenas que malas, pero ( sólo en mi humilde opinión ) un 10 requiere algo más.

What an amazing apartment and wonderful host! My parents, partner, young daughter and I had a fantastic time in beautiful Seville and staying in this peaceful and comfortable apartment was a big part in this reason. There is honestly not one thing that I felt was missing or that I could suggest to improve it. The host Javier replied very quickly and helped with any questions we had. All the main attractions and shops were easy to reach (and that was walking with a 6 year old and 60+ year old with mobility issues). The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking while supermarkets, restaurants and bars are close by. I cannot recommend enough. Thanks so much again Javier and Natalia!
