Located in Seville, this lovely condo for $192 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. NEW apartment, in a building totally refurbished 5 years ago, located in the ideal place to visit Seville: 5 minutes walking from the monumental area (Cathedral, Giralda, Town Hall, Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, Bullring, Guadalquivir River) Just a few steps from the commercial area, with the best boutiques and places of entertainment, entertainment and services of the city. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the elegant and bright living room there is a large sofa bed 1.40 meters wide (once made bed), which allows to sleep 2 additional people. The dining table is extendible up to 10 diners. Its modern kitchen is fully equipped, with all the large and small appliances needed (dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave). The floors are of marble and all finishes are of the highest quality. It also has free Wi-Fi with high-speed fiber. Surrounded by streets with orange trees, it is a pleasure to wander around the neighborhood, especially in spring with the blossomed orange blossom and with an extraordinary aroma of its streets. Being a quiet street and a very well insulated floor of the noise, allows you the perfect rest and privacy. At the same time, the whole area has innumerable bars and restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of services necessary to make you spend a comfortable stay. It is the ideal location to enjoy the Holy Week, since all the brotherhoods run only a few meters from the accommodation, being therefore optimal to see the brotherhoods and be able to rest when you feel like it. The Feria de Abril de Sevilla is easily accessed on a nice walk along the river or with direct buses or taxi, which have their stop a few meters. The Museum of Fine Arts, second most important art gallery in Spain, is located just 3 minutes walk. Also, a few meters away, there are innumerable Sevillian Palace Houses and churches of very high cultural value. The river Guadalquivir, which runs through the city, is located 100 meters from the apartment. Next to it is the Plaza de Toros La Maestranza and the Barrio de Triana, a genuine neighborhood of artists, bullfighters and artisans.

Our stay at this beautiful apartment was perfect from the initial communication with Javier through our 4 night stay. The check in was smooth and Javier gave us lots of information on Seville and has helpful maps and information available. The apartment is in a great location in the central city. There are many restaurants and and grocery very close. We walked everywhere. The street is lovely with orange trees right outside the nice balcony windows. The furniture is very comfortable and was perfect for our family of four (husband and two adult sons). The beds were comfortable and there are extra linens and pillows if needed. The kitchen is very well stocked with nice dishes and appliances. I appreciated having a little sugar and other spices available. The washing machine was great to have too. I would stay here again for sure.

Javier was one of the most helpful hosts I have ever encountered. In the apartment was any possible information we could need from restaurants to taxis to things to do in the city. We used the guidebooks left in the apartment throughout our entire stay. Javier's communication was excellent and it was very easy to arrange check-in. The apartment was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the balconies and having a comfortable space to ourselves. The location was within walking distance of everything. Would highly recommend staying in this flat!

My family enjoyed this appartment because of its location with most attractions at a walking distance. Secure public parkings were also at a few minutes walking and it was very easy to get out of the city by car. The appt itself was very clean and well furnished. Furthermore Javier is a mindful guest who took his time to explain the facilities and the surrounding area.

Javier's exceptional property is centrally located just a short walk to all the best that Sevilla has to offer. I have friends who live in Sevilla that live nearby, so it was perfect. The apartment was clean and quiet, and communication with Javier was responsive, professional, and friendly. Check-in was smooth and all of our questions were answered. Javier was kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the apartment for a few hours past check out time, which was an incredible help. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a central, very walkable-to-anything location while visiting Sevilla.

Great location and had everything we needed for a 4 day visit. It’s located on a quiet street with everything within walking distance.
But, the best thing about the whole experience was Javier, the host. He was great at communicating and making sure that our experience was the best it could be. Since we were due to arrive several hours before check in he offered to meet us and hold our bags so we could enjoy the day. He met us at check in and spent time going over all the attractions and restaurants. All his recommendations were spot on. He even had a laminated list that was numbered and coded to a city map with attractions and restaurants. Absolutely recommend!

Javier was meticulous in explaining all details about the apartment, the appliances, and all aspects of visiting Sevilla. He provided information on everything, including major sights, restaurants, and flamenco shows. This made for a very comfortable and lovely stay. The modern apartment was luxurious and well appointed. It was spacious, light and clean. The kitchen was well supplied with all cooking, serving, and dishes. We absolutely loved staying in this gorgeous apartment, within walking distance of restaurants, places of interest, shopping, etc.

The apartment is beautiful & spacious.
The kitchen is very well equipped. The sitting room is airy & comfortable. The bedrooms are delightful. The air-conditioning worked well (we visited in an extreme heat-wave).
The location is excellent. The apartment is within easy walking distances of all the principal attractions. It is surrounded by many good shops, restaurants & tapas bars.
And Javier is a star. Not just an ordinary star, but a very brilliant one. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

We had a fantastic stay in Seville, thanks to Javier and his attention to detail in all aspects of his property. The beds were comfortable, there was ample storage for our clothing and luggage, and the kitchen was well appointed with all appliances that we needed. The apartment was immaculately clean as well.
He is the only host who has provided us with such thorough information about the tourist attractions in the surrounding area. This was very useful - thanks Javier!

This apartment is beautiful and spacious and centrally located to walk to the sites in Seville. There are restaurants and coffee shops and bakeries close by and fun shopping within easy walking distance. Our host, Javier warmly welcomed us, gave us the apartment tour, and showed us where monuments and restaurants were located using a well marked map before leaving us to explore on our own. He has anticipated our every need. We so enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment for others!

Perfect location to see a the main sites. Easy walk to anywhere in the city. Apartment is immaculate. Javier was very highly communicative. Check in was very easy, and Javier had detailed recommendations about places to eat and visit. For those visiting during Semana Santa week, this is a major event in Seville. Be prepared for processions all afternoon and late into the night. The entire city participates. Soo cool to see!

We choose this apartment because of the reviews. Which sets extremely high expectation. Very seldom do high expectations get meet, I am happy to say ours were exceeded. Javier raises the standard for Premier Host, 5 stars is not enough. He greeted us at the apartment after our long day of travel and gave a us a wonderful orientation of apartment (Renovated, clean and spacious with every amenity one needs for a short or extended month(s) visit), city and surrounding area with plenty of brochures, laminated map and list of suggested attractions and eating establishments.
We look forward to returning to Seville in the future and hope one of Javier’s places is available.

This property is remarkable! The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and beautiful. The location is fantastic, 10-15 minutes walk to most sites. Surrounded by little restaurants and shops. The host - Javier - is extremely pleasant. He had a map with all sights marked on, all recommended restaurants on, even phone number for doctor who can come to the apartment in case of emergency. I haven’t met more friendly and accommodating host than Javier. We would love to come back to Sevilla again and would definitely stay in the same apartment again!

Not only is the property as described, pristine and renovated, with everything you could possibly need, but the host, Javier, is fabulous. Javier was a very gracious host, he met us at the property upon our arrival and took the time to explain the city a bit and make some recommendations on sites to see and things to do around the city. From dozens of properties we have stayed in around the world I have never encountered a more professional and well prepared host that added just a personal touch. The property is a perfect spot for those looking for a bit more personal space. Everything is very clean and the beds were high quality. The space matches what is described very well and exceeded expectations on the quality of sleep. It's a short 10-15 minute walk to most of the places we visited so it's very well located. I can not say enough great things about this VRBO listing. We were so lucky to find it for our short stay in Sevilla. Javier was excellent with communication and check-in. He is so organized and provides wonderful information about the surrounding area. There are maps, suggestions for sight-seeing and restaurants, even a flyer for English speaking medical care in case of emergency. He met us for an early check-in and was a wealth of knowledge. Sevilla is a beautiful city with so much to offer. If you want a comfortable, clean, air-conditioned and centrally located place to stay, do not pass this one up!
