Delightfully quiet, great location, and very comfortable

Has a nice, small kitchen with dishwasher, comfortable sitting room, and separate bedroom. Very quiet, and a beautiful view from the front window. Especially liked the butter-yellow walls—I am sick of plain white. This was much more comfortable!

The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator—could be prominent in the listing. Only salt and pepper, and one day’s worth of coffee was provided.

The only pro is - the location is close to the main gondola from the town - an easy walk.

I didn't have the best experience. Firstly the management company - vacasa - told me the wrong flat number. it took several calls to resolve when I arrived at the address - there are no on site hosts. Then, the heating didn't work, which took more calls and days to resolve and left me feeling ill from being so cold at the beginning of the holiday - not a great start. The building is very noisy. You can hear everything your neighbours are doing inside their flats. When people are walking on the walkways or stairs outside, the apartment shakes and feels like a herd of elephants are walking past. Their is no private balcony, only a walkway out front. It has a sofa bed (in addition to the bedroom bed), though without removing some other furniture in the flat, i don't see how you could fit it in as a bed. I travelled alone and the flat felt cramped for 1 person. You can't open the fridge door fully due to armchair in the way. The bed is so old and lumpy, it's not comfortable. The linens were so old, some of them were ripped. Blinds didn't work. Bathroom needs re grouting. and had some brown lumpy remnants on the floor when i arrived - the place hadn't been cleaned to a decent standard... Front door needed full body force to open and close it - it's pretty jammed up. And pretty dirty with some kind of brownish stains running down it. grim.

Very friendly support staff. Although they weren't able to fix our problem (see below) they were very friendly and provided a partial refund.

Neither the internet nor cable TV worked. The problem was that the apartment complex replaced the walkways and cut all the cables. The replacement was an "apartment-wide" wifi network that, with all the users, was too slow to be useful. It also didn't solve the cable TV issue. Future renters should be made aware of the situation (until fixed).
