Das Gebäude hat halt schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel, aber alles stimmt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.
Das Essen ist auch sehr fein und auch sehr hungrige Menschen gehen mit vollem Bauch vom Tisch.
Alles war stimmig.

It was a set breakfast for 2 pax with a set portion of cold cuts and cheese. Cereals were not available though there was yoghurt. Could have done with more croissants, bread and perhaps a pain au chocolat. The good thing was we were allowed to take away what we didn’t finish.
We arrived around 230pm. There was no proper signage for the hotel reception. We discovered that the entrance of one of the restaurants doubled up as the reception. The staff who attended to us was in a hurry, impatient and did not explain in full what we were entitled to. We went down to order a coffee and tea to be taken to our room (we did our own self service! since there’s no room service provided) and the staff who took our order did not bother to inform us about the complimentary coffee and tea available on the first floor landing so we ended up paying a needless extra CHF9/-. We had dinner in the restaurant. Both of us ordered the lamb rack. Whilst it was good, the portion was minuscule in comparison with the price.
