The apartment has facilities,the safety the building is offer is amazing and the owners are kind and comunicative,understandable and fast responding.
The cleaning was terrible,I feel sorry for the owner,but I have to said that,the cleaner is not doing the right job.Should sometimes be check how is cleaning,cause to be honest,was very messy for a beautiful apartment

The apartment was clean and stylish and in a good location. Car parking was not a problem.
Although in a converted house, there were no noise problems.
Basic facilities were provided
Whilst the apartment could have been be really special, it gave the appearance of having been refurbished a number of years ago and little having been done since. A lack of TLC and an appearance of profiting out of a previous investment.
The television was not old but programming had not been updated.
Some of the other equipment was beginning to fail.
Whilst a problem for the house, the bike shed had nothing to secure bikes to apart from plastic drainpipes.
The facilities were adequate but basic.
